Never mind. IMDB in Germany shows Kevin Kilner as the uncredited actor. which led me to "Earth: Final Conflict". Answered my own question...

There's a supporting actor in "Stage Fright" who is not credited anywhere I can find the cast for Dollhouse's Stage Fright episode. He only has a couple of lines, is now about fifty or so in age, was the male lead in a SciFi series about fifteen years ago, involving aliens that orbited the earth in a sort of living ship with advanced technology. The aliens were almost albino, always bald, with larger skulls than humans, sort of androgenous, generally wore blue body suits with flecks of silver glitter. Their always moved slowly and stiffly, but used their arms and hands very gracefully. They negotiated with the human leadership of the era to a sort of peace that involved a transfer of medical technology, but it was all subterfuge and deception. Does anyone remember the name of the show or the name of the actor (which would then lead me to the show)?

Thanks
