VIDEOS: Whedon – Dushku – Penikett Interviews

by admin on July 27, 2008

The LA Times has some vids featuring Eliza Dushku, Joss Whedon and Tahmoh Penikett each talking about Dollhouse.

Eliza Dushku talks about her duel role of producer-actor for Dollhouse, which she says makes it more “personal” to her. This is a good thing, as it means that she really really really cares about the show, probably as much as Joss does:

Joss Whedon talks about why Dollhouse wont go the way of Firefly and his hopes for the show. Whilst Tahmoh Penikett gives us a great insight into where the Dollhouse premise could take us:

Dollhouse wont be the only show which will explore the role of technology in society.

Thanks: TruEcho for the heads-up! :- )

UPDATE 2: interview Joss Whedon after the Dollhouse panel – he talks about his concern for pre-emptive ‘save Dollhouse’ campaigns but like any gentleman appreciates the enthusiasm. Whedon also reveals how much he’s looking forward to showing the world just how much Eliza can do:

Eliza Dushku talks about the parallels between her Hollywood experience, the demands placed on women in todays society and Dollhouse. She also reveals that she’d be “game” for a Joss Whedon musical. What d’you think?

Thanks: UGO + TruEcho!
